We want you to love your Wildflower case, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return window for all unused and original-packaged items. Please note that limited edition drops and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your case in its original Wildflower box.

Drop Off Package

Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point within 7 days of receiving your label.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a small restocking fee, within 5-10 business days.
